    • Gold: Super Elite 100 K through 35 K passengers enjoy the highest bandwidth simply through logging in with their Aeroplan number
    • Silver: Other qualifying customers including Executive Class enjoy upgraded bandwidth
    • Bronze: Star Alliance Gold cardholders and passengers from partner airlines enjoy regular bandwidth – upgrades are available for a fee
  • Customers have access to various news feeds (international, national, local), business tools, market information, sports, weather and traffic as well as range of entertainment
  • Sponsorship Ad placement onto the Captive Portal through the Datavalet Marketing Application Platform (MAP) allowing for management of campaigns
  • Infrastructure Management for optimized monitoring, control and security

The result

Air Canada reports increasing customer satisfaction with the customizable Wi-Fi options available at its lounges through a direct integration with its loyalty program.
